At HomeNow we have launched an innovative, social impact fund challenging the traditional rental market and helping to create a five year path from renter to homeowner. HomeNow offer the security and stability often missing from the traditional rental market. Our tenants choose their home from "For Sale" stock, receive the security of a 5-year tenancy, pay fixed rent for the whole period and benefit from up to 1/3rd of any price increase at the end of the 5-year period.
